Nurses Network, Inc. (NNI) Home Care Services is a Medicare-Certified State Licensed Home Health Agency, serving Coconino and Yavapai, and surrounding counties in Arizona. Our goal is to provide quality care in your home, enhancing independence while minimizing the effects of illness and disability.

NNI offers a wide variety of care services for medically qualified individuals in need. We provide Medicare-certified, intermittent visits of professional staff members including:

and Home Health Aides

• Therapists — Physical, Occupational, and Speech

• Home I.V. Therapy Nurses

We also provide RN case management
and restorative care, such as joint
replacement therapy, physical therapy, post
cardiac care, and diabetes management.
